* Engaging with Skills Families across VLO for learning & development programs
* Design & deliver learning and development programs locally
* Design, plan and deliver skill development agenda for Corporate Functions align with business strategy
* Being a trusted partner for the relevant business units for learning & development initiatives
* Management of internal trainers ecosystem
* Prepare and manage annual budget for the responsible areas
* Vendor management during the program’s design & delivery phases
* Learning System Administration & All Reporting Activities
* Monitor success of skill development programs (experience, quality, learning transfer, business impact)##
** Who you are
*** Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development
* Applied knowledge of the training design & delivery process
* Project management skills
* Vendors /content providers management
* Stakeholders’ management
* Customer Focus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
