For every child, the right to a Chance Based on the established policies, guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs), the purpose of the incumbent role is to carry out broad ICT functions and enable the provision of ICT solutions and services and assist in the delivery of results in a small size office.

• Enable continuous operation of ICT infrastructure and accessibility to ICT services and solutions

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

• Education:
  
  Auniversity degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology management, business administration or related social science field is required.
• Work Experience:
  
  A minimum of two years of professional experience in information technology management and business operations in a large international organization and/or corporation is required.
• Skills:
  
  To be considered for this role, candidates are required to have expertise in ICT project management, business analytics, information security, ICT audit management, telecommunications, and network security.
• Language Requirements:
  Fluency in English and Turkish is required.

• Language:
  Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
• Experience in a UN organization is an asset.
• Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
