You’re there for the new customer from day one through the end of the first month: data migration, setup, and training are your job.## What You’ll Do
* You’ll handle new client onboarding: module setup, data migration, and integration setup.
* You’ll train teams and work with them to close out the first month’s books.
* You’ll relay requests from the field to the product team—not just “the customer wants this,” but “this task is stalled for this reason.”## What We’re Looking For
* Field experience in one of the following: ERP, accounting, or e-commerce operations.
* Comfortable working with Excel and data; able to identify why a spreadsheet isn’t adding up.
* Patient and strong in written communication.## A Plus
* Background in financial consulting or bookkeeping.
