Visual Merchandising Manager - GANT

In 1990, the company entered into a partnership with Devanlay, beginning the licensed production and distribution of Lacoste. Since then, Eren Retail has served as the Turkish distributor for globally renowned brands such as Burberry, Gant, Nautica and Converse.

In 2008, it launched Occasion stores, followed by the creation of the Super Step store concept in 2012. Strengthening its online presence in 2020 through a multi-channel strategy, Eren Retail redefined retailing as an experiential journey with House of Super Step.

Expanding its portfolio with brands such as Intersport, Super Kids, Fashfed, United4 and Heart Beat, Eren Retail continues to operate with an experience-focused strategy. Today, the company has a presence in 25 countries, employs over 8,000 people and manages nearly 650 stores along with 17 digital channels worldwide.

We are looking for a collegue as "Visual Merchandising Manager - GANT" to join our Eren Retail Group.

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities; preferably Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, or Fine Arts departments,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the retail sector,
• Up-to-date knowledge of retail and trends,
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and MS Office programs,
• Advanced level of English,
• Teamwork skills and effective communication.

• Implementation of store and display changes in all stores according to defined criteria,
• Execution of product changes and all in-store shelf applications within the store,
• Conducting season openings, implementing campaigns, and monitoring,
• Coordinating teams for visual edits and showcase concepts in new store openings, managing the opening process,
• Monitoring and knowing store sales performances, best-selling products, stock turnovers, and conducting visual applications in the field according to campaigns and weekly priorities.
