Roche Diagnostics is seeking a SHE & Site Security Officer in Istanbul to lead and execute the Safety, Health and Environment and site security agenda. The role includes establishing SHE management systems, audits, CAPA, training and incident management while ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe workplace for employees. The incumbent will coordinate with the Group SHE team, manage risk assessments and KPIs, and lead onboarding on SHE and security topics for new hires and the affiliate.
