We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our performance marketing team. As a Software Engineer, you will modify and iterate on the gameplay to create playable ads. You will need to be creative to make games as attractive as possible for the advertising campaigns and take on considerable ownership and responsibility. You will work closely with marketing managers and artists to create playable ads that millions of people will play worldwide.

• Designing, implementing, and testing in-game mechanics
• Optimizing playable ads for best performance and minimum size
• Using A/B testing tools to optimize playable ad performance further
• Staying up-to-date with the latest best practices of playable ads

• Experience in using Unity with C# for mobile game development
• Experience in developing playable ads is a big plus
• Passion for games and game programming
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
