Unreal Engine Senior MMO Architect - Villa Office

We are looking for a senior developer to join our skilled, friendly, and production-oriented team at our villa office surrounded by nature in Istanbul.

We have been actively developing an ambitious MMORPG project for a long time. Our project moves forward with a strong technical foundation, long-term scalability, and a vision of reaching the global market. In line with this, we are looking for a team member who can design complex game systems, build end-to-end database integrations, and help shape architectural decisions.

• At least 5+ years of industry experience, with active involvement in multiplayer/MMO projects using Unreal Engine
• Advanced knowledge and experience in C++ (modern C++, memory management, performance optimization)
• Experience designing and implementing complex game systems from scratch (inventory, economy, combat, abilities, quests, social systems, etc.)
• Strong experience in database integration: working with relational (MySQL) and/or No
  
  SQL (Mongo
  
  DB, Redis) systems, schema design, and query optimization
• Experience building data flow between backend services and Unreal Engine (REST API, gRPC, Web Socket, etc.)
• Experience in dedicated server architecture, replication, RPC, network infrastructure, and data synchronization
  
  Proficiency in scalability, load distribution, and performance optimization in high-concurrency user scenarios
• Familiarity with advanced Unreal Engine systems such as Replication Graph (a plus)
• Professional experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce)
• Team-oriented mindset, ability to mentor junior developers, take ownership, and approach problems with a solution-focused attitude
