Istanbul Remote Full -time

You’ll be writing Rust/Axum services that run on eight modules, and you’ll be responsible for the multi-tenant data model and query performance.## What You’ll Do
* You’ll develop the Rust (Axum + sqlx) services powering the ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and B2B modules.
* You’ll maintain row-level security (RLS) and tenant isolation in a multi-tenant data model.
* You’ll measure and optimize slow queries—we’ll show the numbers before claiming “we’ve sped it up.”
* You’ll document the rationale behind your decisions; we don’t revisit discussions here.## What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with Rust in production (or a strong background in a systems language + a passion for Rust).
* Know PostgreSQL not just as “the thing behind the ORM,” but as a tool in its own right.
* Be meticulous about API contracts, backward compatibility, and migration discipline.## Plus Points
* Domain knowledge in areas such as accounting, inventory, or e-invoicing.
* Experience with metrics and observability (tracing, metrics).
