Job Description & How to Apply Below
# Frontend Developer (React / Next.js)
Istanbul Hybrid Full -time
You’re establishing a common interface language across nine panels, creating screens that adhere to the design system and load incredibly fast.## What You’ll Do
* You’ll develop the admin panel and marketing interfaces using Next.js (App Router).
* You’ll expand the shared component library: writing a second component that does the same thing is considered a mistake here.
* You’ll work on measuring accessibility and performance (LCP, hydration cost).
* In the multilingual interface, you’ll write text to a dictionary rather than directly into the code.## What We’re Looking For
* Production experience with React and Type Script.
* The ability to write CSS based on your own decisions, not just “whatever the library provides.”
* The ability to discuss design down to the pixel with designers.## A Plus
* Experience with Next.js App Router, server components, and caching behavior.
* Experience setting up a design system.
