A320 Captain - Assessments

Nobox are inviting applications from experienced A320 Captains on behalf of our client, primely located on the cusp of Eastern Europe and Western Asia with a diverse route network to both locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established carrier with a strong reputation for operational excellence and a growing international network.

• Minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time
• Minimum of 1,500 hours PIC on Jet aircraft (>60tons)
• Minimum 200hrs PIC on type within the last 12 months
• Date of last flight as Captain within the last 6-12 months
• Valid EASA, ICAO or FAA license with a current A320 instrument rating and type rating
• Valid Class 1 Medical
• Variable Roster:
  Commuting - 22 days on/8 days off Or 6 weeks on/2 weeks off OR 9 weeks on/3 weeks off.
  Non-Commuting – 5 days on/2 days off
• Guaranteed confirmed flight tickets and ID90 travel provided monthly across the network

Hiring Process

• Initial Screening Call with Nobox Consultant
• Documentation Pack submission to client
• HR Interview and Technical Interview with the airline's recruitment manager and Flight Ops, via MS Teams
• Invite to client Headquarters to complete SIM Check, followed by medical assessment and psychometrics if successful at the sim check (Assessments scheduled in November and December)
• Start of Ground Training
