Key Responsibilities
Complete daily bookkeeping, maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers, ensure accounts match actuals, and provide clean data to cooperated agency;
Coordinate with local operations and sales teams on invoices, reimbursements, accounts receivable/payable confirmation, etc.
Liaise with banks for payment processing, account inquiries, and balance management
Support cooperated agency in tax filing and compliance matters; receive correspondence from tax authorities and forward to HQ, China.
Report bookkeeping progress to HQ weekly, and communicate urgent matters immediately.
. xpavfwm Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in Accounting / Finance or related field
2+ years of hands-on corporate accounting experience, with mandatory experience in Italy local company bookkeeping
Italy(ian) speaker, with English proficiency for written communication and basic spoken interaction
Proficient in accounting software (Odoo experience is a plus) and Excel
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate smoothly with business departments
Plus: basic knowledge of Italy tax regulations, or experience with Odoo
