Join Extramus as an Accountant with a 3 to 12 month full‑time internship starting in July. The role is unpaid, but we provide relocation assistance to Italy and help with accommodation. The internship is open to students studying in Europe and EU candidate countries who can use the Erasmus traineeship program or hold scholarships. No financial compensation is offered.

Job Description

Compiling and analyzing account information
Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements to summarize current financial status
Documenting financial transactions
Analyzing accounting options and recommending financial actions
Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents
Preparing policies and procedures, and maintaining accounting controls
Guiding accounting clerical staff, coordinating activities, and answering questions

Required Qualifications

Verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Managing multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and follow up
Ability to work well in a team environment, along with being self‑motivated and independent
Problem‑solving, open‑mindedness and tolerance

You could also be advising and helping other trainees on financial situations.
