Job Description We are currently looking for an RTW Industrial Controller within Industrial Controlling area who will join our dynamic team in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).How you will contribute?

Assicurare il presidio delle performance industriali come business partner della categoria di prodotto, contribuendo attivamente al miglioramento delle performance;

Monitorare e analizzare i costi di collezione e prototipia;

Presidiare le performance industriali (COGS, efficienza, varianze);

Supportare le attività di target costing e le decisioni di make or buy;

Partecipare ai processi di budget, forecast e closing;

Collaborare come business partner con i team RTW Development e Operations;

Analizzare le principali varianze tra costi standard e consuntivi;

Identificare le cause degli scostamenti e proporre azioni correttive;

Supportare le attività di costing e il business nella lettura e interpretazione dei dati.

Who you are?

Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini

Almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza in industrial controlling e costing di prodotto

Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel);

La conoscenza di Stealth 3000 e SAP costituisce un plus;

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;

Buone doti comunicative anche con diversi interlocutori;

Ottime capacità analitiche, precisione ed attenzione al dettaglio;

Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e al problem solving.
