Junior Executive Assistant

Location: Via Milano

We are looking for a   Junior Executive Assistant   who is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about the fashion industry. The ideal candidate has  6–12 months of internship experience   in administrative or organizational support and holds a degree in the humanities. The role will support the Team, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to key business activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and day-to-day communications
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and conduct data analysis using Excel
Draft documents, meeting minutes, and internal reports
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
Support event planning and activities related to fashion/lifestyle projects
Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in humanities or related fields
6–12 months of experience in assistant or administrative support roles
Very fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point
Genuine passion for the fashion industry and awareness of trends
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
