Sales Admin Assistant Placement:
Pererenan, Bali - Fully WFOResponsibilities

Handling orders, requests, inquiries, and complaints from customers and agents by email

Create sales orders in ERP system and send order confirmations to customers

Chasing payments from customers and coordinating with agents

Follow up orders with production and warehouse teams

Handling return/swap processes from customers

Update ATS stock at broker s warehouse on a daily basis

Update and resize pictures of new collections on website JOOR and DEARQualifications

Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi iniGaji yang diinginkan:
Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per bulan

Education:

Bachelor Degree in any field

Experienced in Accounting field (Accounts Receivable)
Refined verbal and written communication skills in English Proficient knowledge of computer applications (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in fashion/manufacture would be a plus

At least 2 years administrative experience required
