What is the role about?
The Executive Assistant will be in charge of carrying on both secretary and reporting activities, such as:
Support the Vice‑President Sales and the Sales Management Team EMEA
Prepare, collect and organize presentations, reports, analysis for meetings
Prepare, collect and organize business data
Prepare and create translations, letters and other documents
Drawing up weekly documentation for the HQ reporting
Drawing up minutes of call and/or video conferences
Manage the General Manager’ agenda and expenses reports
Arrange meetings and travels, call and video conferences
Manage relationships with customers, employees and Lectra’s subsidiaries
Hospitality support for the external visitors & customers
Position qualifications:
Fluent English and possibly other foreign languages (German, French)
Main applications (Office), in particular Excel and PowerPoint and CRM.
Confidentiality, precision and reliability

Flexibility
Communication abilities
The position is based in MILAN
