Product Development Assistant

Location: Via Milano

Key Responsibilities
- Support for collection timing
- Support in the management of requests from the design team in the various stages of collection
process
- Entering data into the system and excel charts
- Fullfill tech packs
- Follow up and communications with suppliers
- Attending fitting and keep records of fit notes
- Preparation of comments to be forwarded to suppliers to launch the prototype, sample collection and production in Italian and English
- Organization and tracking of shipments

Requirements
- Minimum of one year in a product development
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Organization, management, problem solving and used to work following deadlines
- Good communication and team working skills
- Flexibility
- Available to travel
- Good knowledge of the Office package in particular Excel
