Position: Contract Logistics Administration Specialist
Location: Mantova

Overview Experteer Overview In this role you support warehouse administration and document management for inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate data entry and organized records. You’ll collaborate with Operations to streamline administrative processes and maintain clear communications. The position sits in the Operations team and contributes to efficient, reliable warehousing in a global logistics environment. You’ll work with local software and reporting tools to keep information accurate and up to date.

Benefits Check, collate and organize delivery notes and related documents following local procedures

Process inbound/outbound documentation (delivery notes, CMR, export declarations, etc.)Collaborate with Operations to create and update local operative procedures for administrative communication

Perform daily administrative duties (receipts, records, documentation processing)
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting in local systems

Responsibilities0–2 years’ experience in large-scale automated fulfilment operations (eCommerce/Fashion/Retail preferred)
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify root causes using a metric-based approach

Experience with administrative activities in logistics and data entry software

Solid exposure to teamwork in logistics or high-volume production environments
