Role and Responsibilities Draft, manage, and file transport documents, sales invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
Support the administrative and commercial teams to ensure accurate execution of processes.
Book and manage hotels, restaurants, and event venues in accordance with agreed guidelines.
Organize and maintain the events calendar and related activities.
Plan, manage, and place orders for marketing and promotional materials.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Knowledge of invoicing systems and document management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of English.
Problem‑solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
