About the Role
We are looking for a high‑caliber Personal Executive Assistant to support top management in a fast‑growing international environment operating across private aviation, travel, and strategic projects.
This is not a standard assistant role.
The position combines executive support, project coordination, and strategic exposure, requiring a candidate who can operate with autonomy, discretion, and high‑level problem solving.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, acting as a trusted right hand across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize CEO agenda, priorities, and international travel logistics
Coordinate cross‑functional projects across marketing, legal, and operations
Support strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business development activities
Handle confidential communications and high‑level stakeholder interactions
Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and executive summaries
Liaise with internal teams and external partners across multiple jurisdictions
Support execution of events, meetings, and international activities
Ensure operational efficiency and follow‑through on key business priorities
Candidate Profile
We are targeting a structured, fast‑thinking, and highly reliable professional with a strong business mindset.
Must‑have requirements
Fluent in Italian, English, and French (mandatory – applications without all three will not be considered)
Active P.IVA (or equivalent freelance status)
Proven experience in roles such as:
Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff
Project Manager
Office Manager
Marketing or Business Operations
Legal / Paralegal support
Functional Skills
The ideal candidate has exposure to at least two of the following areas:
Marketing & communication
Legal (contracts, compliance, corporate basics)
Business operations / HR / organizational management
Core Competencies
Exceptional organizational and execution skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities
Proactive mindset with strong ownership
Digital fluency (Google Workspace, Office, project tools)
Flexibility and willingness to travel when required
