Position: Internship – Intercompany Office | Curricular Internship
Location: San Polo

Wittur is looking for a motivated and proactive student to join our Intercompany Office through a  curricular internship.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international business environment, supporting the daily activities and working closely with the Intercompany team.
What will you do?
During the internship, you will support the team in:
Managing offers and orders related to our trading companies
Supporting Traders with the upload, entry and monitoring of orders
Using   Infor LN   for operational and administrative activities
Managing back-office activities, including communication with international colleagues and customers, mainly in English
Supporting the daily activities of the office, including  e mails, calls and operational tasks
Collaborating in the preparation, analysis and monitoring of KPIs
Managing, updating and archiving internal files and company documentation
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a student who:
Is currently enrolled in a  Bachelor's or Master's degree programme  and is  eligible for a curricular internship
Has a good knowledge of  English
Has a strong interest in working in an international and business-oriented environment
Is organized, precise and proactive
Has good communication and teamwork skills
Is curious and willing to learn new processes and tools
