Position: Contract Logistics Quality Specialist
Location: Mantova

Experteer Overview In this role you will safeguard quality across Contract Logistics for adidas Campus South’s automated Mantua warehouse. You will partner with Operations to ensure accurate goods flow and compliance with quality standards, focusing on identifying issues and implementing preventative improvements. You will translate operational data into clear quality reports and dashboards to drive better practices. You will also lead daily inventory routines and oversee stock counts, claims, returns, and damaged goods processes to minimize errors and damages.

Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor and supervise warehouse inventory processes to improve quality and reduce issues

Collaborate with Operations to share practices and ensure efficient goods workflow

Review goods workflow processes, isolate issues and verify adherence to quality standards

Perform root cause analysis on internal/external errors and customer complaints; implement preventative actions

Develop and deliver quality reports, charts, and dashboards to communicate practices and issues

Implement daily inventory routines to identify errors quickly and coach others on correct practices

Manage inventory claims, returns, and damaged goods handling; propose damage‑reducing measures

Conduct stock counts in line with customer requirements and KN guidelines

Responsabilità2-5 years’ experience, preferably in multinational environments, especially automated contexts

Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders including peers and leadership in fast‑paced settings

Ability to work in diverse, collaborative teams with curiosity and flexibility

Experience in data‑driven environments with strict SLAs and ability to prioritize using ticketing systems
