Customer Care Sales Intern

Key responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Sales Intern to join our European team  this high-growth role, you will:  Support the mapping of sales processes and systems related to extended warranty sales in Contact Centers.  Assist in analyzing sales performance and preparing reports.  Contribute to the launch and coordination of extended warranty initiatives across EU markets.  Support monthly business reporting, including budget and forecast comparisons.  

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support improvement actions.  Support functional requirements, testing, and go-live activities for online sales of spare parts and accessories.  Assist in managing product content on the company website and marketplaces (e.g. Amazon).  Support Customer Satisfaction initiatives, including survey optimization and reporting.  Help monitor customer feedback and integrate insights from online review platforms.  Requirements  Neo graduated or student in economics or field related  Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).  

Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel) We offer a six-month paid internship. 800 euro, free company canteen, corporate benefits, smart working.  Place of work:
