Role Overview  In this role, you will lead the commercial market entry and early-stage growth across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Identify high-value opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and execute the go-to-market strategy for the region. This is a foundational role, responsible for establishing the commercial groundwork to enable scale and long-term success.  

Key Responsibilities And Activities Include  Regional Go-to-Market & Strategy  Plan and execute market entry for Spain, Italy, and Portugal  Define target customers, pricing, sales channels, and partner networks  Turn local market insights into practical actions for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams  Business Development & Sales  Build and manage a strong B2B pipeline  Identify, negotiate, and close deals with distributors, installers, utilities, fleets, and mobility partners  Secure early customers and strategic partnerships to drive market adoption  Market Research & Insights  Track market trends, competitors, and regulations in the region  Provide actionable insights to guide regional and global strategy  Collaboration & Leadership  Work closely with internal teams to coordinate market activities  Represent the company in industry events and partner meetings  Prepare for future team growth as the region scales  Ideal Candidate Profile  Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or channel roles in hardware, systems, or technology solutions.

Focus on commercial markets, not B2C  Experience in EV charging is preferred, or in adjacent industries such as renewables, solar, or energy management  Experience in building a business, client base, or market from scratch  Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and develop a sales pipeline from zero  Clear track record showing how opportunities were identified, pursued, and closed  Experience in B2B sales to distributors, installers, utilities, mobility providers, and commercial or industrial clients  Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Spanish or Italian) Why Join?
