ECommerce Operations & Reporting Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Operations & Reporting Specialist with hands-on experience managing Amazon and eBay marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day eCommerce operations, sales and inventory reporting, and working within eCommerce management software to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Manage and support product listings, orders, and performance on Amazon and eBayMonitor sales, inventory levels, pricing, and order flow across marketplaces

Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and performance metrics

Maintain accurate data within eCommerce management software

Assist with inventory updates, SKU maintenance, and data cleanup

Identify discrepancies in sales, inventory, or listings and resolve issues

Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy

Collaborate with operations, inventory, and management teams as needed

Required Qualifications Proven experience managing Amazon and eBay eCommerce accounts

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
Experience using eCommerce management software

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Comfortable working with large datasets and reports

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with inventory management and forecasting

Familiarity with eCommerce KPIs and performance metrics

Experience creating automated or standardized reporting

Understanding of multi-channel eCommerce operations
