Junior Consultant - Internship

Location: Via Milano

Key Partners   , an advisory firm specialising in human resources, is looking to hire a   Junior Consultant as an Intern   for the   Executive Search   department, based in   Milan   .
With offices in Italy, Switzerland, Turkey and Serbia, Key Partners operates internationally, offering consulting services with a strong focus on executive search: the recruitment of executives, top managers and highly qualified professionals.

The role of Junior Consultant at Key Partners will allow you to understand the dynamics underlying the functioning of the employment market.
You will learn how to present our business to prospect clients, understand the mechanisms underlying a sales business support in the hiring of talent for well-established corporates.
We provide in-depth training, real-world experience, and professional coaching advice.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Conducting industry research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client company, its industry and the requirements of the position;
Business development activities in the consultancy field;
Market analysis and development of ad hoc contact strategies;
Participating in structured interviews to assess the candidate's background, key skills and motivation;
Managing the search and selection process, mediation and feedback;
Drafting internal and client reports;
Calls/meetings with clients to support your internal contact person;
Use of CRM and ATS tools.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics/Finance or Management.
Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills;
Solid basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications;
C1 level spoken and written English and native or fluent Italian speaker.

Contract:

full-time. We offer a paid internship aimed at professional integration into the company.
