Quantity Surveyor – Industrial Fit‑Outs
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a client project in Milan. The role starts immediately and runs until December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
About the Project
The project involves industrial fit‑outs for logistics distribution warehouses and centers.
Eligibility & Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in industrial buildings, office fit‑outs, or similar construction projects.
Fluent in Italian and good English (spoken and written).
Experience leading early‑stage planning, scheduling, and cost management.
Available to work 2 days onsite in Milan.
