Location: Grottammare
MAW S.p.A. Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Pescara
per interessante realtà operante in qualità di General Contractor per la realizzazione di negozi nel settore retail ricerchiamo un PROJECT MANAGER .
La risorsa inserita all'interno dell'ufficio tecnico, curerà le seguenti attività:
supervisione e direzione dei lavori presso i cantieri per la realizzazione dei nuovi negozi in apertura;
gestione delle risorse assegnate sul cantiere;
gestione contabilità di cantiere;
rapporti con i fornitori;
gestione SAL con i clienti.
Requisiti:
Diploma di Geometra o Laurea in Architettura;
gradita esperienza in analogo settore;
disponibilità a trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Inserimento diretto in azienda, la retribuzione sarà valutata in base all'esperienza maturata.
