Product Designer

What You Will Have to Do
Develop high quality user interface designs that prioritize usability and user engagement
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and visually appealing designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
Ensure consistency and coherence across all elements of the user interface, including layout, typography, color, and iconography
Present ideas effectively and handle feedback constructively
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporate them into our design process
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs

What You Must Know
Technical Skills
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
Portfolio showcasing previous UI design work
Proficiency in Figma for design creation and collaboration
Ability to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is considered a strong plus
Professional Skills
Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Encouragement of feedback and constructive criticism
Effective presentation skills to communicate design ideas and handle feedback constructively
Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporating them into the design process
Collaboration and Soft Skills
Collaboration and teamwork skills for effective communication with product managers, developers, and other team members
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
Open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on user input and usability testing
