Your to-do list:

Playing an important role in the creative direction progress for national and international clients;
Creating the best communication solutions;
Managing the juniors in the team, making them grow.

LePub is looking for an Associate Creative Director for its Milan offices. You'll be involved in the Creative team and you'll support the Team and report directly to the Creative Lead.
Responsibilities

Lead creative direction for national and international clients.
Create compelling communication solutions.
Mentor junior team members and support their growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with ATL, BTL, Digital, Social campaigns in international agencies.
Strong Art Creative Direction skills.
Communication degree.
International experience in a communication agency.

Italian mother‑tongue with fluent English.
Great communicative person with strong teamwork abilities.
