Sr. Creative Executive

Location: Cusano

As Sr. Content Development Executive for the Italian Originals team, you will guide content development from pitch to delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to build a strategic slate. You’ll manage creative processes and ensure quality while serving as the primary contact for Italian media industry stakeholders.

This role offers the chance to shape Italian digital entertainment within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to high-impact projects.

Retribuzione / Benefits Review incoming pitches and coordinate internal discussions to determine interest

Schedule narrations, manage room bookings, and coordinate access with the GREF team Ensure content standards for new pitch submissions

Coordinate end-to-end creative development from concept to launch across stakeholders

Act as first contact for cold pitches and industry inquiries

Organize archival content in Box and develop production data systems

Maintain a database of creators, production companies, and show learnings

Track title search requests and follow up on progress

Generate reports on pitch pipeline health, genre trends, and slate performance for Creative Team and other departments

Oversee administrative processes to ensure multitasking across multiple projects and deadlines

Collaborate with IT Head of Scripted and SEU Head of Originals to align pipeline vision and quality

Responsabilità

Extensive creative executive experience

Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development, production, and post-production

Creative experience in a production company or network with scripted formats experience

Fluency in English and Italian Experience across various genres of scripted television and film
