Responsabilità principali:
Gestione delle richieste dei clienti via telefono, email e chat.
Risoluzione di problematiche tecniche e amministrative.
Supporto nell’utilizzo di software e piattaforme aziendali.
Collaborazione con i reparti interni per garantire un servizio efficiente e tempestivo.
Requisiti:
Preferibile esperienza nel customer service
Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici più diffusi (Windows, Office 365, CRM).
Capacità di problem solving e orientamento al cliente.
Buone doti comunicative e relazionali
