To expand our workforce, we are looking for a Junior Customer Service & Digital Operations Specialist, t o support day-to-day customer care and e-commerce operations by managing key service tasks such as orders, returns, customer data updates and first-line interactions, contributing to the delivery of a luxury-level service in line with Santoni’s brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily monitoring of orders and shipments, addressing issues or delays
• Managing returns and post-sales communications across all channels (email, phone, chat)
• Handling customer master data and ensuring CRM/e-commerce platforms are always up to date
• Coordinating with logistics and operations to support accurate documentation and flows
• Supporting the Digital Concierge team with back-office needs and escalations
• Generating weekly KPIs and service quality reports
• Ensuring brand tone and high-end experience in every customer interaction Requirements:
• Previous experience (even short-term) in e-commerce customer service, preferably in fashion/luxury
• Educational background in languages, economics, marketing or similar
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with CRM and e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hubspot, etc.)
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and customer focus
• Team player with excellent communication and empathy
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus
