Stage Customer Service. Il/La candidato/a sar inserito nel reparto Customer Service e dovr occuparsi di:
• gestire tempestivamente le richieste dei clienti attraverso telefono ed email ed individuare le possibili soluzioni,
• collaborare con i reparti operativi per far fronte alle necessit dei clienti,
• gestire le eventuali segnalazioni post-spedizione,
• svolgere attivit generali di back office. Si offre percorso formativo e di inserimento strutturato, si richiede disponibilit dal lunedì al venerdì nella fascia oraria 07:30 – 18:30, possibilit di crescita in un ambiente dinamico e meritocratico, buoni pasto. vetrinabakeca
