Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our SAMPLA site in Caponago (Monza Brianza). In this role, you will play a key part in managing the entire order process, supporting our export sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication with both internal teams and global partners.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
Order entry, order confirmation, tracking, and follow-up.
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure sales objectives are met and provide back‑up when necessary.
Coordinate with Supply Chain functions such as purchasing, logistics, and shipping to ensure delivery timelines are respected.
Maintain regular communication with international distributors regarding order status, product availability, and required documentation.
Prepare export documentation (invoices, delivery notes, certificates, etc.).
Handle complaints and non-conformities in collaboration with the Quality and Sales teams ensuring reliable communication without fail.
Provide back‑office support to the Export Sales team.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or export coordination within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Excellent command of English; additional languages such as French and German are a plus.
Proficiency in ERP systems (knowledge of D365 will be an advantage) and good knowledge of Excel.
Strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
Punctual, precise, and flexible with strong problem‑solving abilities.
