A leading medical device company in Varedo is seeking a customer service representative to manage inbound and outbound calls, support order management processes, and maintain inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2–5 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment. Strong communication skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel are essential.
This role offers the opportunity to actively participate in the sales process and support stock monitoring efforts.
