The Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Service team, where you will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer requests. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring a positive and smooth experience throughout the sales and after-sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial relationships with assigned foreign customers.
Collaborate with company departments (production, administration, logistics, and shipping, quality control) to meet customer requests.
Support the Sales team in the operational management of customers.
Participate in the organization and management of internal and external company events.
Enter and monitor customer orders.
Manage after-sales activities: resolving issues related to shipping, products, complaints, returns, and warranties.
Ensure proper administrative management and maintaining commercial relationships.
Independent management of shipments: contacting carriers, preparing documentation (packing lists, customs clearance, non-EEC shipments), invoicing.
Payment reminders.
First-level technical support to customers in collaboration with the technical team.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar customer service or order management role.
Education:
Master’s degree in foreign Languages, preferably with a specialization in economics or business.
Languages:
Fluency in English and German is essential. Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing tools.
Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.
Strong customer focus and results orientation.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
