What you will do
As a Customer Success Manager at Agicap, your role is to support our rapidly growing customer base in Italy and replicate the company’s customer-centric culture, innovative product, and excellence of our teams. You will become familiar with our business, understand how we sell and support our customers, and complete a comprehensive onboarding.
Manage and be responsible for a customer portfolio
Answer customers' requests (chat, email, phone)
Support and onboard new customers
Understand customers’ business, challenges and needs
Develop personal relationships with users and decision-makers
Define and implement satisfaction and retention strategies
Prevent and minimize attrition
Detect cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and grow accounts
Improve the product by gathering customer feedback for the Product team
Maintain a high NPS
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes, best practices, and tools
Share know-how and ideas to improve team performance
What we are looking for
Native/Fluent Italian speaker with full professional proficiency in English
Problem-solving mindset
Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
Ability to show previous success in customer relationships
CSM in a SaaS environment targeting SMBs is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong rigor and organizational skills, able to manage large amounts of information over time
Enthusiasm and team spirit
