E-commerce del settore abbigliamento bambini sta cercando un/una Addetto/a Assistenza Clienti per gestire richieste, reclami e supporto pre/post‑vendita. La risorsa contribuisce a garantire un’esperienza di acquisto positiva e fidelizzante.
Attività principali
Gestione richieste clienti via email, chat e telefono
Supporto nella risoluzione di problemi legati a ordini, spedizioni e resi
Aggiornamento database clienti e gestione ticket di assistenza
Collaborazione con il team logistico per monitorare consegne e disponibilità prodotti
Raccolta feedback clienti per migliorare il servizio
Requisiti richiesti
Preferibile esperienza in ambito customer service o front‑office o vendite
Ottime capacità comunicative e problem solving
Precisione e attitudine al lavoro in team
Conoscenze informatiche base
Offerta
Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con turni in orario full time, dal lunedì al sabato
