Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team as an External Service Representative. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries via telephone, email, or chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints while ensuring that all interactions meet our high standards of quality and service.
