With the aim of strengthening the Customer Service Aesthetic & Joint Care team at Fidia’s plant in Monte Giberto, we are recruiting a

Customer Service Support

The candidate will collaborate with the team to ensure operational continuity and effective management of customer order flows.

Main responsibilities:

Support the management of customer orders, including entry, monitoring, and follow-up and ensure the accurate handling of order flows as well as all related documentation.
Proactively identify and escalate any operational challenges, such as shortages, delays, or discrepancies.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Supply Chain, Sales, and Credit Management.
Assist in maintaining clear and timely communication with customers and the sales team regarding order status.
Contribute actively to the monitoring of order volumes, backlog, and service level indicators.
Support initiatives aimed at process standardization and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:
High school diploma or preferably degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or similar operational roles within structured organizations is preferred; experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare companies is considered a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is required and experience with SAP and CRM systems would be an advantage.
Knowledge of English language (B1 level).
Ability to learn, accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Our offer:
One-year fixed-term initial contract.
Salary between € 29.000 and € 35.800.
