Responsibilities Treat and process all incoming orders, and adjust where needed, in line with the requirements of the customers and according to quality standards in order to obtain a well‑organized up‑to‑date order file.

File all order‑related information in order to be able to track the required, updated information at any time.

Coordinate and spread all order information for all parties involved with the order, such that correct, updated order information is available at all  a link between customer and sales teams to maximize responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals.

Signal mall functioning in the process and so propose improvements, in order to contribute to the optimization of the account support process.

Receive and process customer inquiries, or complaints as the first line of support, then escalates where necessary.

Qualifications Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Great customer service skills.

Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English.

Maintains accurate records and is good at managing data.

Computer skills – Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
