Gi Group cerca un Customer Service Specialist fluente in inglese e francese per gestire richieste clienti, ordini e KPI di servizio. La posizione prevede lavoro full-time con 40 ore settimanali e smartworking 1 giorno a settimana, in sede a Guanzate (CO).
Si richiede diploma o laurea e 5-7 anni di esperienza in contesti produttivi B2B, con utilizzo avanzato di CRM/ERP e competenze di qualificazione lead. CCNL Gomma Plastica e retribuzione 35.000–39.000 € lordi all'anno.
