Your responsibilities:

You provide telephone and ticket-based support to our French-speaking customers, guiding them from the initial enquiry through to a successful solution

Together with our service planning team, you coordinate on-site assignments for our field service technicians across France

You proactively manage and support our service contracts

Through your customer feedback, you help drive the continuous improvement of our products and service processes - your close connection with customers create value for the entire team

Your skills:

Very good knowledge of the French language

Good knowledge of the German and English language

An interest in technology and a good understanding of technical systems; ideally, some initial experience in technical support
