Gestire gli ordini clienti end-to-end (dall’inserimento alla consegna);
Monitorare stato ordini, produzione e spedizioni in collaborazione con i reparti interni;
Essere il riferimento diretto per i clienti su consegne, disponibilità e documentazione;
Gestire richieste, reclami e contestazioni garantendo risoluzioni rapide;
Aggiornare anagrafiche clienti e dati su sistemi ERP;
Coordinamento con Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain e Produzione;
Supportare il team Sales nelle attività commerciali;
Gestire documentazione export e logistica;
Supportare forecasting e pianificazione della domanda;
Garantire il rispetto delle procedure aziendali;
Costruire relazioni solide e durature con i clienti;
