N.1 Junior Customer specialist
La risorse si occuperà di:
assistenza tecnica alle aziende clienti e ai centri assistenza nazionali
gestione dei fornitori per le attività legate ai reclami e resi
gestione pratiche di inserimento ordini su CRM
Requisiti:
Minima esperienza (1-2 anni) in ambito customer service
diploma di maturità
fluente utilizzo di gestionali CRM
ottima conoscenza Excel
Caratteristiche contrattuali:
Orario full time da lunedì a venerdì dalle 9.00 alle 18.00 con un'ora di pausa pranzo (buono pasto giornaliero di 7.29 euro)
Ral 23000 circa
CCNL COMMERCIO
Sede di lavoro: xrdbqlu Castenaso (Bo)
Inserimento con contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 6 mesi in somministrazione, con finalità di assunzione stabile.
