DESCRIPTION OF

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our Store Design & Construction Department, supporting the design and execution of works related to BATA & AW LAB stores across Western Europe, both retail and franchising.
The resource will support in the development of BATA & AW LAB concepts and special projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role provides a well-rounded introduction to store development processes, combining design, coordination, and project management aspects.

KEY CHALLENGES:
Support in drafting and structuring projects in line with the BATA & AW LAB concepts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Support during the initial and final testing phases of the stores before their opening, contributing to the verification of the effectiveness of the implemented solutions
Support in the development of special projects related to retail innovation, in line with company strategies and the evolution of sales formats

CORE COMPETENCIES:

University in progress or degree in Architecture, Industrial Design or Surveyor
Good knowledge of  AutoCAD  drawing programme
Good knowledge of  Illustrator/Photoshop  graphics programmes
Good knowledge of  Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to details
Proactive and creative mindset
Collaborative and cooperative attitude
Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines

LANGUAGES:

Italian Mother tongue
Good Knowledge of English
Spanish (nice to have)
