** JOB SUMMARY
** The Manager, Interior Outfitting is responsible for leading and overseeing all interior outfitting activities related to assigned newbuilding projects. This role ensures the successful execution of interior architectural works in accordance with contractual specifications, technical documentation, quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
** DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Lead and oversee all interior outfitting activities for assigned newbuilding projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual specifications, technical documentation, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage and direct daily inspection activities, production monitoring, and documentation processes to ensure interior works are executed in accordance with schedule, quality standards, and budget objectives.
* Serve as the primary point of contact with shipyards, designers, contractors, and operating company stakeholders for all interior outfitting matters, driving alignment and timely issue resolution.
* Proactively identify project risks, production delays, and technical challenges, implementing corrective actions to protect vessel delivery timelines and quality expectations.
* Lead the resolution and closure of major open items, punch lists, and technical discrepancies, ensuring thorough validation prior to vessel handover.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop Interior Outfitting Surveyors and project team members, establishing clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability standards.
* Provide expert technical input during vessel architectural development, including review and approval of drawings, material selections, mock-ups, and design submittals to ensure execution aligns with design intent.
* Oversee quality assurance processes, inspection protocols, and acceptance criteria to ensure interior works meet operational readiness and brand delivery standards.
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Newbuilding, Technical, Procurement, Hotel Operations, and Design teams to ensure seamless integration of interior outfitting within the overall project framework.
* Lead the interior outfitting handover process and post-delivery support activities, including warranty follow-up, final inspections, and implementation of lessons learned for continuous improvement.

* EXPERIENCE:
*** At least 5 years of experience in interior outfitting, shipbuilding, construction, or large-scale hospitality projects
** COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
*** Advanced knowledge of interior architectural construction processes
* Strong understanding of shipbuilding production schedules
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents
* Proficient in CAD/Microstation and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Leadership and team development capability
* Fluent in English (B2/C1 or above preferred)
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
