HDG is looking for a motivated Designer / Architect to join the international team in the Venice office.
DESCRIPTION

The Designer (Architect / Interior designer) we are seeking is a key figure within the agency for the development of innovative and high-quality projects. The role requires independent management of interior design projects from concept to project presentation, including research, technical drawing development, and realistic 3D model rendering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to understand and develop interior design and retail projects from brief to delivery, managing the tasks in total autonomy;

Quick grasp of project scope and proactive problem-solving, including concept conception, drawing and sketch development, utilizing updated representation programs, material research, mood boards, and all necessary project elements;

Coordination of internal design team and interaction with clients and suppliers;

Setting project timelines and priorities to ensure work process efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Understanding of design processes;

Positive attitude with substantial experience in Interior Design and Furniture;

Integration of design and interior architecture, particularly in retail projects;

Demonstrated graphics and visual communication skills;

Practicality, determination, proactivity, and flexibility;

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills internally and externally;

Proficiency in modeling and rendering programs, with mastery of technical and graphic design;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

Excellent proficiency in 2D and 3D software (Autocad, Rhinoceros, 3dstudio max, Cinema 4D, Archi Cad/Auto Cad), Adobe suite, and interdisciplinary program usage;

PREFERRED SKILLS

Fluency in spoken and written English;

Multitasking ability;

Problem-solving, creativity, and proactive approach.
