Ricerchiamo per la nostra Centrale Operativa di Milano un Medico Specialista in Medicina Fisica e Riabilitativa (Fisiatra) motivato e dinamico da inserire nel proprio team con contratto in libera professione.
Terrirorio di riferimento:
Milano
Principali attività
Valutazione funzionale e dei bisogni del paziente
Sviluppo e stesura piani di trattamento riabilitativi individuali (PRI)
Raccordo con il coordinatore sanitario, i fisioterapisti del team domiciliare e la co di riferimento

Requisiti:
Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia: possesso di un diploma di laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia (o titolo equipollente riconosciuto in Italia).
Specializzazione in Medicina Fisica e Riabilitazione
Abilitazione all'Esercizio della Professione Medica
Iscrizione all'Albo Professionale dell'Ordine dei Medici Chirurghi e degli Odontoiatri
Patente
